Advanced Statistics will provide you with the ability to perform statistical tests never before available on small computers. Its cassette based data file system allows you to store, retrieve and transform data files for use in several different tests. File Manager File Manager, the heart of the statistical file management, allows you to create, edit, and transform data files. Unique to this program are features that allow the user to perform transformations on variables, extract and create subfiles, and selectively copy records. Up to twenty variables and an unlimited number of cases can be processed. Descriptive Statistics Descriptive Statistics computes the mean, standard deviation, standard error of estimate, variance, skewness, kurtosis, range, median, and quartiles for a variable and constructs a histogram for each value. A test scoring option for conversion of raw scores into percentiles is included. Two Variable Statistics This program calculates descriptive statistics for each variable. It performs a t-test for the difference of means, computing the product-moment correlation coefficient and its associated significance level. In addition, it performs linear regression and computes standard error of estimate for Y. Crosstabulation This program constructs contingency tables for displaying frequencies, column percentages and table-wide percentages for each cell. It computes the Chi-square, the level of significance and gamma statistics. Tables as large as 10x10 may be evaluated. Regression-Trend Analysis This program computes least-squares regression coefficients from time-series or paired data for best-fit equations (linear, parabolic, hyperbolic, logarithmic, power, exponential and cubic types). Calculates standard error of estimate for each equation and more. Multiple Linear Regression Performs multiple linear regression using up to ten independent variables. The program computes both unstandardized and normalized coefficients, covariance, multiple correlation coefficient, and the standard error of estimate. Correlation Analysis Computes product-moment correlation matrices, multiple correlation coefficients and partial correlation coefficients with their associated significance levels. Analysis of Variance This program performs one-way and two-way analysis of variance for a maximum of ten groups in each control variable. Statistics include the mean and standard deviation for each group, sum of the squares, degrees of freedom, mean square, F-ratios, and significance level.

TAROT - AN ACCOMPANIMENT TO YI CHING This program has been written so that it will be useful for both the person who considers TAROT as a 'fortune telling game' and those like the author who work in the field and use it as a substitute for a pack of cards. This program has been used frequently to lay a reading for people who are not present or who wish an example reading. Part of the purpose of the program is to educate those who wish to learn the interpretation side of Tarot. A full course would require 30 or 40 megabytes, however the 16k provided would seem to be a happy compromise. The layouts used are those which are used professionally and the Tarot cards and interpretations are based upon the Tarot of the Golden Chakra. Unlike the pure game versions of Tarot, no question is answered by the cards. The reason is two-fold. Firstly, that a general reading is given taking into consideration all aspects of a person rather than centering on just one and secondly (bearing in mind the anxiety such programs cause) there are a number of subjects which the user should not be permitted to ask about. TASMON The Alternate Source MONitor Overview: TASMON is an interactive Z-80 monitor and disassembler. All versions come complete with tape and disk I/O, and allow programs to be easily converted from one medium to the other. Source code generated by TASMON can be loaded by all popular editor/assembler programs. TASMON features a command to fully relocate itself to any memory block you specify. Purpose: The purpose of TASMON is to allow study, debugging, tracing and single-stepping of Z-80 object code. Special care has been taken to make the program easy to use by beginning Z-80 programmers. TASMON was developed as a result of the author's dissatisfaction with the seven monitors he purchased.
