Pick as many words as fit — a game that teaches arithmetic is Game, Math, Education — then send the page. Everything is reviewed by hand before it goes anywhere near the archive, so a best guess is worth more than a blank.

If You've Got the Money, Honey, I've Got the Time Two new programs, Telling Time and Money, combine guided learning drills, an arcade-style reward game, and a program- and student-management system. Telling Time contains lessons that work with digital and analog time recognition at four difficulty levels: hour, half-hour, quarter-hour, and five-minute intervals. Money trains students to count money, determine whether or not they have enough to buy particular items, and count change. When a student has correctly answered a set number of problems, he or she can play the arcade game as a reward. Teachers can use the system to hold up to 200 names and view, print, or delete all or individual files. PerCom Data Company Copyright (c) 1979 11/19/79 TERM80 - A Terminal Simulator for the TRS-80 (tm) TERM80 is a special program designed to turn your TRS-80 into a full duplex ASCII terminal. It is written in LEVEL II BASIC and loads a machine-language program for terminal operation. Some of the important features of TERM80 are as follows: . All RS-232 options are set through the keyboard rather than the switches. Terminal characteristics may be changed/checked at any time, even while on-line! Terminal operation is true full duplex - keys may be struck while characters are being received with no character loss. Terminal operation is both upper and lower case, with shift lock key. If the TRS-80 has been modified for lower case display, the CRT display driver is modified automatically. All ASCII characters may be transmitted. Any key held down more than 1.5 seconds will automatically repeat. The BREAK key performs a true break function. Received data may optionally be echoed to the printer. This option may be turned on and off at the keyboard while data is being received. Provision is made for optional handshake to insure no character loss when operating above 1200 baud. TERMINAL CONTROL HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: 16K Level II cassette or 32K and one (1) Disk Drive, RS-232 board, Phone Modem. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS: For Disk, TRSDOS 2.2 or 2.3. SUPPORTS: Printer (parallel or serial), four (4) Disk Drives, 48K of memory. PURPOSE: RS-232 tele-communications. USES: Send and receive data and programs. Communicate with other computers. FEATURES: . All RS-232 parameters can be set from the keyboard and the current values can be displayed and changed at any time. No special codes or switches, just enter the desired value. Program may interface with any Level II BASIC or Assembly language program and can be used as a subroutine of that program. Any portion or program may be used as a stand-alone system to send or receive entire programs, memory blocks or data. Separate control over display on screen or printer. Display input and/or output on either or both devices as well as saving data in your program. BASIC programs can be sent in Level II compressed format for high speed exchange. Regular ASCII files can also be sent. Full error checking. Every byte sent can be checked to see if it has been received correctly, and sent again if incorrect.
